Impact Statement Through community partnerships, we obtain and distribute emergency food from our neighbours for our neighbours.
Description The Food Bank is seeking professional, polite and outgoing volunteers to help with Canstruction®, a unique, international event engaging designers, architects and engineers to use their talents to help those struggling with food insecurity. Many volunteers will be needed at Conestoga Mall to provide information to shoppers and help monitor large structures made of cans. These impressive works of art can be as large as 10’x10’x6’.
Training Details Volunteers are asked to review the training materials provided prior to event (a short PowerPoint) and attend a brief conference call leading up to the event.

Time Detail Shifts 2 hours in length are available throughout the week (March 15 - 22)
